Primary schools sport association 

Students are given the opportunity to join teams in the primary school sports association (PSSA) competition. 

In summer we offer: 

  • cricket 
  • eagle tag 
  • softball 
  • t-ball 

In winter we offer: 

  • netball 
  • rugby league 
  • soccer 
  • Australian football league (AFL) 

Sports 

At Newport Public School we offer a range of additional sport options including: 

  • sailing  
  • dance 
  • basketball
